The final deliverable is to design a compelling program pitch to engage stakeholders.
Participants will highlight the program's potential to improve health outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and address health disparities in Oklahoma. The pitch will emphasize the importance of collaboration and partnership with various stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, community-based organizations, and governmental agencies.
There are recordings throughout designed to guide students through addressing all areas within the community health plan. In addition, there will be opportunities to connect to discuss progress and questions.
